The name of the company is YASIN AKRAM ASSOCIATES (PRIVATE) LIMITED. The registered office of the company will be situated in Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The objects for which the company is established are all or any of the following within the scope of no one clause or sub-clause be deemed to affect or limit the scope of any other clause or sub-clause:

To carry on the business in Azad Jammu & Kashmir or outside Azad Jammu & Kashmir as manufacturers, producers, importers, exporters, buyers, sellers, or otherwise dealers in Oxygen, Acetylene, Nitrogen, Hydrogen Argon, and Krypton gases, as well as gases of all kinds, including liquefied gases, liquefied petroleum gases, all by-products thereof, and all kinds of apparatus and things required for or capable of being used in connection with the generation, production, distribution, supply, accumulation, and employment of gases.

To manufacture, produce, import, export, buy, sell, manipulate, prepare for the market, or otherwise deal in Nitrous Oxide, Carbon Dioxide, Ammonia gas, gas cylinders, stock in trade, machinery, chemicals, and other things capable of being used or utilized for the same purposes.

To establish, run, manage, control, and maintain workshops, factories, foundries, and other industrial undertakings for the manufacture, import, purchase, and sale of every type of iron and steel goods, as well as other ferrous and non-ferrous metals of all descriptions, building materials, sanitary fittings, special alloy castings, steel castings, foundry works, structural and rolling works of all kinds.
